Being photographed by Christy was a joy. It was my first time having professional photos taken and she made me feel comfortable.
She is a natural with lighting and really plays with shadows created through the built environment in contrast with the natural one. Nothing felt rushed and I feel like the end result was a very artful collection of photos. Christy also got to know my preferences really quickly as we took the photos so I feel that she knew how to stage photos in a helpful way in order to achieve that.
Tice CinI loved shooting with Christy, she was really patient and made me feel comfortable in front of the camera. definitely some of my favourite portraits I’ve had taken so I would highly recommend!
Tati KapayaI was quite nervous for my first photo shoot, but was lucky enough to have it done by Christy. She chose an ideal location, she picked a nice variety of different spots, and above all she was just so relaxing to work with!
My predisposition towards the lens is generally one of fear, but Christy’s pleasantness and good advice really cast that aside. I believe she has a talent of getting the ‘you’ out of you, because at least that’s how I felt when looking at the portraits she took of me.
